Small Bird Control Netting

Our small Bird Control Netting is constructed from twisted knotted high tenacity HDPE UV protected 380 denier x 9 ply with a 19 mm (3/4”) square mesh.

We also carry 1”, 2” and 3.5” square mesh for larger birds in High Tenacity.

380 denier x 24 ply netting for larger birds to protect buildings and ponds.

For use as pigeon netting, gull netting or Game Bird Netting for use as predator control.

Breaking strength 128 lbs per mesh.

The advantage of the high tenacity HDPE netting over the standard HD polyethylene, is that it has a similar twine diameter to a 600 denier x 12 ply which many installers use for pigeon netting, but is double the strength.

Another advantage of our high tenacity netting, against the standard high tenacity PE is that you can use a smaller diameter in the high tenacity than you would have to use in the HDPE to achieve the same breaking strength.

The wind shear factor on horizontal surfaces is reduced, resulting in less movement and less wear of the netting against the support structure.

It is lighter to handle during installation.
